Ingredients:

- Banana (very ripe) 200 gram, 178 calories

- White Sugar 50-100 g, 200-400 calories

- Peanut butter 75 g, 464 calories

- ⁠Honey 100 g, 332 calories

- ⁠Chia Seeds 25 gr, 115 calories

- ⁠Sesame seeds 35 g, 211 calories

- ⁠Oatmeal Flakes 200 gram, 744 calories

- ⁠Dates / mixed nuts & dried fruits - 100 g, 304 calories

- ⁠Cacao 2 spoons - optional

Instructions:

Blend the oatmeal flakes until they look like flower and then mix everything together.

Bake for 30 min at 200 C.
